These terms of use cover the use of the Mercan Hotel website and the booking, paying and accommodation processes made at our facility. All users and guests who visit the site or benefit from accommodation services at our hotel are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.

1. Terms of Use of the Website
• The information, contents and images presented on the website are for informational purposes. Mercan Hotel cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in the contents.
* Users undertake to fill out the reservation and contact forms correctly and completely, and not to provide false or fake information.
• The number of people entered during the reservation, the age of the child and the bed layout information must be correct. Misrepresentation gives rise to the right of cancellation or revision of the reservation.
• The personal data received from the user during paying, booking and service processes on the website are processed in accordance with the KVKK and our privacy policy.
• All texts, images, logos and designs contained in the Site content belong to Mercan Hotel; they cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• Third-party links may be included on the website; Mercan Hotel is not responsible for the content of these links.

2. Booking and Paying Conditions
• All reservations made directly or through the website are subject to the cancellation, modification and pay policies of our hotel.
* Cancellation or change of reservation is free of charge until 2 days before the check-in date; cancellation/change fees are applied for later.
* Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer or cash. The pay information and contact information provided at the time of booking must be correct.

3. Hotel Accommodation and Room Usage Rules
* Check-in Time: 14:00 | Check-out Time: 12:00. These hours are expected to be observed; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.Oct.
* Guests agree to use the rooms, furniture and facilities areas carefully during their stay. The cost of damages or deficiencies caused in the rooms will be collected at the exit.
* Pet acceptance is made only after receiving the availability confirmation and in exchange for an additional cleaning fee (450 TL). Pets are not allowed in the pool and indoor restaurant areas; guests with pets are assisted in outdoor areas.
* Loud noise, noise, overbearing or inappropriate behavior that will disturb the peace of other guests is not accepted in common areas (pool, restaurant, terrace, cafe).
* It is necessary to comply with the smoking rules determined by the facility.
* Any legal or criminal responsibilities that may arise during the stay belong to the guest himself.

4. Legal Framework and Authority

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Çanakkale Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in all disputes that may arise from the terms of use.
