Business Rules – Mercan Hotel Accommodation Terms and Policies

We strongly inform you that all our guests staying at Mercan Hotel accept the following operating rules and undertake to comply with these conditions:
1. Booking Information:
All the information our guests provide at the time of booking (name, contact, children's age, number of people, etc.) accepts that it is correct and complete. In case of providing incorrect or incomplete information, our facility does not accept responsibility and reserves the right to cancel or revise the reservation if necessary.
2. Bed Layout and Room Type Selection:
Our guests should choose the room type and bed layout accordingly by entering the number of people and the ages of children correctly when making a reservation. free accommodation without an extra bed is provided for children aged 0-6 Decares, while reservations must be made according to the appropriate bed layout for guests over 6 years old.
3. Pet Rules:
Our facility allows the accommodation of small size or certain breed pets after availability approval is received. It is not accepted to bring pets without approval. An additional cleaning fee (450 TL) is applied for pet stays.
Pets cannot be taken to the indoor restaurant area and pool section of the facility. In outdoor seating groups, guests can have breakfast or meals with their pets; however, pets are not allowed in indoor areas. Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their animals and the safety inside the facility.
4. Room Usage and Damages:
Our guests agree to use all the items and materials in the room carefully. In case of damage, damage or deficiency that may occur throughout the room or the facility, the relevant amount will be collected from the guest during check-out procedures.
5. General Facility Usage Rules:

* It is expected to comply with the hours and rules determined by the facility in the use of the pool, restaurant and general area.
• It is strongly requested that there is no noise, that the peace of other guests is not disturbed.
* The areas where smoking is prohibited in indoor and outdoor areas should be respected.

6. Cancellation and Modification Rules of the Reservation:
Our guests make transactions by accepting the cancellation and amendment conditions of the reservation (please check our cancellation-amendment policy for details).

These rules have been determined for the safety and comfort of our guests and the regular functioning of our facility. Mercan Hotel reserves the right to update these rules if necessary.
